How to be socially; health

Here are some tips to improve your social health:-

  1. Learn to be comfortable alone: Spending time alone can help you learn to see your own needs as important. You can’t use other people as a reason to do things, so you might go to an art gallery just because you like looking at art. Similarly, you might start tidying your flat because it makes you happy

  2. Build a tribe of supportive people: Surround yourself with good people and form healthy, meaningful relationships. You can improve your social skills, self-confidence, and ability to bond by taking a 1-minute quiz

  3. Be a role model: Eat healthy family meals together, walk or ride bikes instead of watching TV or surfing the web, and make healthy choices easy. Put nutritious food where it’s easy to see, keep balls and other sports gear handy, and focus on fun

  4. Maintain healthy relationships: Enjoy being with others, develop friendships and intimate relationships, care about others and let others care about you, and contribute to society and your community

  5. Adapt to social situations: Stay true to yourself in all situations, balance your social and personal time, be engaged with others in your community, develop and maintain friendships, and create boundaries in friendships and relationships
